Bottom line they need to hire a lot more people. The hiring process they use right now just doesn't seem to work well with a hotel's needs and seems to work at a snail's pace. In a couple departments it's ridiculous.
Coworkers are great. I work with really good people. New managers are still working things out but they're also knowledgeable.
Hardest part of job is this skeleton crew problem, and most enjoyable part of the job is meeting literally hundreds of people a day on really busy days. It is not boring here.
