The benefits made to full time associates are fantastic! I am a full time associate, not a contractor. The pitfall of MVW is a culture of working all the time, no time off... and verble confrontations when you request time off (using earned vacation time).

Management has no training and treats employees poor. Esp the employees with families.

There are a lot of things going on during your typical shift. You need to be the best multi-tasked to make it through your day. It can be difficult to be responsible for an entire hotel by yourself.
