Marsh, Inc. works on a production schedule. It is a hard place due to the demands of the job, but the people who work for Marsh, Inc. are among the best and brightest I have ever worked with. The opportunity for advancement is high, as is the turnover. The work is demanding, detail-oriented, and of the highest caliber. The training is among the best given in any company in the U.S. The most enjoyable part of the job are the holiday celebrations throughout the year. Managers were professional. Work/Life Balance was better than most. However, advancement was unlikely.

At Marsh, only the client mattered. It is easy to go to work everyday when client-centered issues matter more to the company than the bottom line.

i enjoyed all people there and the customers are very nice. The atmospere was great. Some anomosity between nightshift but they mostly are enjoyable.

Marsh is a great move for anybody looking for a career. If you remain positive and focused, you can have that dream that mny have...to work for only one company in a lifetime.
