Marsh Supermarkets, Inc. (Marsh) operated 117 supermarkets and 154 Village Pantry convenience stores primarily in central Indiana and western Ohio during the fiscal year ended April 1, 2006 (fiscal 2006). Marsh also owns and operates a food service division, which provides catering, vending, office coffee, coffee roasting, concession and business cafeteria – more... management services, and a floral division, which operates seven retail floral shops under the name McNamara and one business florist under the name Enflora. In September 2006, MSH Supermarkets, Inc., an affiliate of Sun Capital, completed the acquisition of Marsh.
