Pros: easy, fun environment if you like people
Cons: favoritism, soliciting, low pay, unorganized
Typically you just ring customers up and solicit credit.
You learn to really appreciate the customer associates at other stores, and you learn to be more extroverted.
Management is terrible at my location. I can never get a one on one with my manager and she acts like she's superior to you.
Co-workers are very kind, and helpful.
The hardest part is – more... probably having to lie to customers. I personally don't enjoy being a hypocrite.
I love working with people who are often in the same situation you are and talking with customers about the most random of topics. – less
