Little support
Store Manager (Former Employee) –  Las Vegas, NVOctober 16, 2017
Starting the day would be with limited staff and being required to achieve many operational task while still.providing excellent customer service to meet goals. Little to no praise for team hard work from upper management. Never really receiving proper instruction and expectations from your superior. All employees new and old receive the same compensation not based on performance. Employees afraid to speak up for loss of employment. Working with great SM and their teams.
Pros
Good benefits and discounts.
Cons
pay should be based on personal performance

Maybe think of somewhere else to work?
Customer Service Associate (Former Employee) –  New York, NYOctober 9, 2017
The work itself is very easy and it is your basic retail job but you are in the airport. However you are not paid time and half for working holidays, there is no opportunity for overtime, minimum wage and 0 benefits . Depending on your co-employees and management, what was an easy job can feel like a pain Management is known for picking favorites and not disciplining people that should be disciplined. Its a great job for young adults and teens, since that is who they seem to employ. Not a place to come to work if you are looking for any time of career advancement what so ever.
Pros
nothing
Cons
the whole job is a con

Growing fast but worth all the work!
Sales Associate (Current Employee) –  Las Vegas, NVAugust 21, 2017
This company offers huge advancement opportunity in the Sales Management role. Retail sales can be a great career path here leading to really high paying jobs. But you have to come in at the bottom and work you way up. There is a lot of support and an entire new culture shift occurring throughout the company.
If you want to work hard, play hard and grow then this is the spot. If you want an easy free ride, this isn't the place.

The new management team in the head office is really really good and making positive changes everyday that I can really see and feel.
Pros
Growth and training to grow
Cons
Must work hard and entry level pay is low.

Management wasn't fair when I was working here. They have their favorites. And especially when you have emergency at home they don't care. They let other workers do what ever they want.

Everyone in the corporate office is fake
Merchandiser (Current Employee) –  Las Vegas, NVJuly 20, 2017
It's simple - don't work for this company.
It's miserable. The setting, the people, and you will soon be too.
The company doesn't care about you.
Your manager doesn't either.
Nothing about this place is worth it. Honestly. Save your breath.
They like to make you think they are all about their employees, but in reality all they care about are the buyers.
They be little you, gossip about you, and will blame you for everything.
Working here drained me.
I enjoyed my work and the work I did, but my managers is what killed it for me.
Made me think all these things about the company.
Management expects merchandisers to do so much for little pay.
Drains you while they take 2/3 hour lunches.

If you take a job with this company - good luck. That's all I have to say, but really .. good luck.
Pros
The receptionist is a sweet heart, dress code is awesome, laid back
Cons
ALMOST everything. Insurance, co workers, managers, pay, raises, and just the environment you are in

Management takes advantage of employees
N/A (Current Employee) –  Las Vegas, NVJune 13, 2017
The culture is very clique-ish. You cannot advance unless you become close with the buyers. They really take advantage of their employees and micro manage your day. Not compensated well enough for the amount of work. Would not recommend.
Pros
The receptionist Udell is amazing.
Cons
Everything else.

Just know business never stops. You will learn a lot and see a lot. The hardest part I believe is the area you work in and balance life with a busy business.

Scanner Clerk (Former Employee) –  Peabody, MAMay 10, 2017
Arrived at work at 6:45am. Out on the floor at 7 am, marked down all items that needed to be m.d. Pulled md's off the racks and shelves and put them in md sections.

If no Markdowns for the morning, then cleaned up and put merchandizes in proper places.

There was no hard part to this job. Enjoyed keeping busy.
Pros
Starting early, working with friendly people.
Cons
Not enough hours. Sometimes scanners would break down.

Sales Associate-Supervisor (Former Employee) –  New JerseyMay 1, 2017
Answered customers' questions and addressed problems and complaints in person and via phone. Opened and closed the store, which included counting cash drawers and making bank deposits. Helped customers select products that best fit their personal needs. Maintained visually appealing and effective displays for the entire store. Kept the showroom clean and maintained neat, orderly product displays. Built customer confidence by actively listening to their concerns and giving appropriate feedback. Communicated merchandise needs and issues to appropriate supervisors in a timely fashion.
