My interview process was long. It was a group interview which took about 15-25mins.
If they liked you then you would come back for a formal interview with the store manager/director. (Took them about 1-2 weeks to call and set up another interview)
The process has changed they do a group interview then if interested follow up with a formal interview.
They asked about availabilty. must have weekend availability.
