General Manager, Scottsdale, AZ - October 20, 2014
A typical day in the life of a Store Manager was to meet sales goals, perform weekly inventory scans, daily receiving, merchandising, educating customers and providing a great experience. As the reviews show, there is a huge difference in the AZ market vs the CO market and I personally can attest to the difference being the District Managers. The AZ DM is the reason for the low reviews, high turn over rate, overall job dissatisfaction, and poor treatment of employees. Unfortunately, the company has lost many amazing managers due to the ineffective management style and unprofessionalism of this individual. I love the products, my team and especially the customers, however, if you are looking for a satisfying, long-term work experience, where you will be valued for your talent and hard work and wish to be treated with respect and professionalism, it can't be stressed enough that you "SHOULD NOT" work in the AZ market under the current DM.
