Not too bad a place to start your driving career.
Truck Driver (Former Employee), Mondovi, WI –
Pros: trucks are pretty new.
Cons: comunication, driver pay, forced dispatch.
Driver facilities are in very poor condition.Maintenance of the rigs was pretty good but uncompensated downtime was a problem.

enjoyable work place
Over the road truck driver (Former Employee), Mondovi, WI –
Training was a big focus at Marten also very safety minded. Marten provided APU units for all of their trucks and also provided GPS program for in cab communications.

Over the road for 3-4 weeks at a time

Pros: pay rate and payroll were correct
Cons: gone from home too long
Didn't like being gone from home for a month at a time, with only 2 days a month at home
