A good organization with poor leadership

Employees genuinely care about their job and helping other in the community. The same cannot be said about upper management. Its the only place I've worked where honesty was an option instead of a standard practice. The CEO's questionable ethics have gotten her in trouble with local leadership. She and other members of her staff just are not to be trusted.

This company isn't as stable as they want you to believe. They do not communicate with each other. Training and communication is lacking in this organization. CEO is friendly on the surface but not friendly once you get past the smiling face. If you work on the charter side of things, it's more stable, but be cautious when interviewing, and taking on a job for MOBC. If your intuition says, don't work there...don't.

Working here was fairly easy. Its not really hard doing something you love. I make food from scratch and putting smiles on everyones faces from the food.
