Senior Print Quality Manager (Former Employee) –  New York, NYMay 23, 2016
The culture is selective and exclusive. Middle management is very trendy and closed. Typical creative vs busineess management hurdles to climb for every project.

Office Administrator/Receptionist (Current Employee) –  New York, NYFebruary 11, 2016
This job requires a lot to manage and deal with, managing more than one department can be quite difficult. The good thing about always moving on your feet would be always having something to do and never getting bored.
Pros
Amazing Setting, Great Employees
Cons
Very minimal benefits

MSLO has a wonderful culture. I have had the pleasure to work with an extremely talented and passionate group of people.

Overall a great company; however, there is not enough room for growth within.

Archivist (Former Employee) –  New York, NYJuly 23, 2015
The hardest part of the job was finishing 350 tasks before the week ends. My co-workers were intelligent, helpful workers. I learned that working is not all about the earnings, salary, etc., by the end of the week, it's about how much you put your effort into it and care to actually enjoy it and adapt to a new experience. The most enjoyable part of the job was meeting celebrities like Jennifer Hudson and Kerry Washington.
Pros
Free Lunches, Creative new ideas
Cons
Sitting all day on a computer, one break

Senior Art Director (Current Employee) –  New York, NYFebruary 14, 2016
I learned how to become a talented and experienced Art Director responsible for strategically-led creative concepts, managing photoshoots for branded content, and crafting editorial content across print and digital platforms.

Dream Job Turned Into Nightmare
Product Manager, Martha Stewart Collection (Former Employee) –  New York, NYOctober 4, 2013
When I joined the company, the teams were focused and everyone was aligned to the brand. By the time my position was eliminated, Patsy Pollack entered the picture and destroyed the department. It's a great place to work to say you've worked there and get it on your resume, but don't sign up thinking you will stay there for any length of time.
Pros
Great brand.
Cons
Management lacks focus, treats employees like cattle. Patsy Pollack is a nightmare to work for.

Mslo
Production Associate (Former Employee) –  New York, NYMarch 17, 2015
MSLO is a decent company to work for. The location is difficult to get to and not convenient for running errands or going to doctor's appointments.

The benefits are good and include vision. The work environment is sometimes difficult because there are no cubicles.

That said, it's as good a place to work as any.
Pros
vision insurance

Billing Manager / Media Operations Manager (Former Employee) –  New York, NYApril 3, 2015
Monitor billing operations to ensure seamless workflow and high productivity. Great group of individuals. Month end closings were the hardest part of the job. They were also the most enjoyable, because that when we all got to work closely together.
Pros
Free samples from the test kitchen
