Mary's Gone Crackers was not too bad of a place to work, but a lot of the managers and members in H.R. were not very organized on keeping the schedule up to date. The days changed throughout the day whether the dough chefs were to change the flavor of the crackers or not, but they were in charged of cleaning the boilers. The job helped me learn how to take responsibility of machines whether or not my co-workers could help me or not when we were pushed into a fast-paced environment. The hardest part about the job was that during the summer the heat was unbearable, temperatures reached up to one hundred twenty degrees at peak during the summer, and the lowest was forty degrees during the winter. The most enjoyable part about the job was probably how friendly some of the co-workers were and how everyone had a bond with each other.
