This is the second casino that I've worked at and I was immediately appalled at the way they value the customers over the employees. In my experience, if you take care of your employees, they will take care of the guests, but this is a foreign concept to this company. They don't let you park on the property on Saturdays and holidays or they will actually tow your car (I wish I was joking). You can either park 3 miles away and take a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes from an outside shuttle service, or do like I did and park at Walmart and walk 10 minutes. If you are an experienced dealer, you will hate the way that your floorperson doesn't always back you up when a player is taking shots on your game. The employee dining room serves barely edible food. One of the two employee elevators has been broken for half of the time I've worked there. The pay is good, but its not worth the poor treatment.
