Production Worker (Current Employee), Walkerton, INApril 1, 2015
Pros: Paid Holidays
Cons: Hours vary
The company is a fast paced enviroment in which many people can succeed provided with the proper training! A typical day consists of making hundreds of doors. I learned that it does take time to get a rhythm and speed. Management is pretty good. The majority of my co-workers are amazing people, some which have become family. The hardest part of the job is never knowing what time you will be getting off work. The most enjoyable part of the job is enjoying my breaks with my co-workers.

Mechanic (Former Employee), Greenville, TxFebruary 24, 2015
Pros: lunch and safety incentives
Cons: early start to the day and very long hours
The hours are long and the pay is good but you don't have a home life. They take care of there employees as a family. The supervisors take time to teach. Very big on cleanliness and safety.

TSM - territory sales manager
territory sales manager (Former Employee), usaDecember 15, 2014
Pros: benefits
Cons: no future
Pros- nice benefits
Cons- no advancement, unless your related to someone in upper management. No training. Waited 6 months for a manager to visit my territory.
Blamed for things not being correct in home depot stores even though I had zero training regarding this.
Was laid off so they could give my position to a relative.
Don't trust them. Applied for unemployment and they told the state agency I quit!
Won't stand behind their mistakes. Lots of product arrived at the home depot that was either incorrect or was damaged by the plant. They would consistently deny the credit even though it was a manufacturing error. Tough to build relationships in the stores. They won't be in home depot much longer so this job is a dead end. Don't waste your time here.

Numbers Trumps Safety and Quality.
Quality Control Inspector (Current Employee), Walkerton, INOctober 1, 2014
While it is a job, per-se, They try to squeeze out of a two-shift operation what they should do in three. It is not uncommon for forklift operators to speed through the plant in order to "keep things moving," which poises a safety risk for all pedestrians. The turnover rate is horrendous as management does not care if they run someone off. Their mentality is that there will always be someone else to replace you. Due to this, they are finding it very hard to hire new people. Being in a small town, in which many live within ten miles, word-of-mouth spreads like wildfire. They are in danger of losing a major customer due to poor quality, (a by-product of the high turnover rate). All-in-all, if I could do it all over again, I would much rather go back to being a substitute mail carrier with a constantly breaking down mail vehicle and only working one to two days a week than to have had made the conscious decision to work in this micro third world country.

Pretty bad place to work...
Controller (Current Employee), Charlotte, NCJune 17, 2014
Cons: zero work life balance, unbearable stress
This company does not care about its employees. The work/life balance is nonexistent. The compensation is below industry standard, and this company is the most disorganized company I have ever worked for.

Line Operator (Current Employee), Tampa, FLJanuary 25, 2014
Pros: incentives, safety dinners
Cons: short breaks, no air conditioning and very little heat.
Decent Management, younger supervisors and leads to all of the work for the Foreman who just sit in their offices. Day shift receives raises more often then Night Shift. Incentives are awesome every 1/4 year though and also co-workers are awesome.
