You either apply, or they hold open interviews.
It's different for everyone. If you interview well and cam pitch a sale you're basically hired

It can take a while. I received an offer after being there for 30 minutes. There have been times in which an interviewee was sat next to an agent but left after being ignored for 20 minutes. Plan on sitting around for a while.
The entire process is a couple days. Put in an app, they call you, interview, hopefully, get hired, then get in the next class, maybe a week out, maybe a month out, then train, then call.

Couple of weeks. Seems like it you have pulse, you will have a job. Meet a sup who will schmooze you and put you with a top seller to make it look easy.

It doesn't take long to get hired. I had my preliminary interview with the secretary and was sent right over to a hiring manager while I was there. We had a brief discussion and I was hired on the spot.
