unfair hiring practices
adjunct facuty (Current Employee), Boston, MAMarch 10, 2013
Pros: pay, flexibility
Cons: unfair hiring practices and politics
I was an adjunct with 4 year experience with MCPHS. I applied twice for positions for which I was highly qualified. I was never invited for an interview and was told that I was not a favorite,
As an adjunct, it is a decent place, but some of the politics trickle down to the adjunct level. The pay was fair and workload was also fair.

Licensed Pharmacy Intern (Current Employee), Boston, MAMay 26, 2012
Excellent learning environment. I learned a lot from my Intro to practice Management class where we are exposed to a Model pharmacy. It gave me a good insight of the field of pharmacy in regards to retail. In addition, we filled prescription labeled and learned a lot about OTC medications as well as filling the doctor's order
