I the time that I worked at Massachusetts general hospital it was the perfect time in my life to have been employed there. I had the opportunity to grow and move up within my department. They're very cultural oriented and respect individuals from all backgrounds. They celebrate employees heritage throughout the hospital and cafeteria with food musics decorations and some pamphlets with important informations.
Healthcare facilities are a necessity
Employee parking is extremely expensive and extremely hard to attain

After having been employed by MGH for the past decade, I can honestly say that it feels like a family atmosphere. My coworkers are compassionate healthcare professionals who take great pride in providing patients with the finest care possible. The hardest part of my job is caring for those patients who are extremely nervous and anxious pending their upcoming surgeries. It is rewarding when I am able to ease their anxiety and place them in a happy place of comfort. Management can be frustrating at times when it seems as though managers don't always advocate for their workers. Overall, I am happy in this fast paced environment.
