First Company Commander (Current Employee) – Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts – November 8, 2014
-Top ranking cadet at the Company-level -Responsible for accountability and actions of 240+ cadets -Oversee daily operations within the Company -Accountable for the well-being and safety of cadets -Delegation of orders to Senior and Junior leadership through the Chain of Command -Liaison between the cadets and Regimental Officers
On a typical day I would wake up at 0640. I coordinated a daily meeting with each of my 12 senior staff members to ensure that thorough daily operations occurred. When operations went wrong, it was ultimately my responsibility to ensure that corrective actions took place and that I supported my staff throughout the process. This included conducting investigations, interviewing possible personnel and making final decisions based on found facts. Aside from the operation aspect I served as an educator, teaching several extensive classes and conducting briefings to audiences reaching 350+ at times.
