The primary purpose of this position is to lead all regional efforts and programs in regards to Therapist recruiting and retention. It is also to assist the Regional Trainer in ensuring compliance with brand standards, and turning the Regional Developer’s clinic(s) into a flagship(s) for the region. The term “Therapist” used throughout this document includes both licensed Massage Therapists and Licensed Estheticians.

TOP PRIORITIES

*Overseeing all therapist recruiting efforts and projects for the region
*Build strong alliances with local schools and school groups through implementation of Massage Envy Career’s School Partnership Program
*Managing the organization of recruiting events, and assisting franchisees in developing and implementing recruiting strategies for their clinics
*Facilitating or supporting new clinic openings in regards to recruiting, hiring and training new therapists and training the franchisee in these functions for recruiting action
*Working with franchisees on building successful therapist retention strategies and plans
*Leading the therapist recruiting and development efforts at the Regional Developer’s clinics

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Chief Labor Supply / Regional Therapist Recruiting

Understand and champion the Massage Envy Brand and Culture and be able to passionately represent it in the best possible light.

Act as Regional School Liaison performing such duties as:

*Initiating and maintaining relationships with administrators, instructors and students in order to: increase a strong positive awareness of Massage Envy within the schools, educate prospective students on the value of being a Massage Envy employee,generate a consistent flow of qualified LMT applicants to the clinics
*Maintaining a tracking system by school of all pertinent data
*Maintaining an up-to-date Outlook Exchange Calendar with all appointments and activities
*Keeping the franchisee community informed of upcoming visits so that any interested franchisee may accompany your team to a school in a coordinated manner
*Ensuring a unified front at all time to eliminate any appearance of clinic competition
*Maintaining quarterly statistics: Clinic’s School Hiring Report
*Coordinate class tours of clinics
*Serve on School Advisory Committee/Board as possible
*Manage the organization of recruiting events and assist franchisees in developing and implementing recruiting strategies for their clinics

Operational Execution

*Work with the Regional Trainer to rollout updated or new services, programs and training
*Participate in all scheduled network calls and training sessions
*Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the RD or Regional Trainer

Regional Developer’s Clinic(s)

*Assist with therapist recruiting and development efforts at the RD clinic(s)
*Proactively recruit therapists to fully staff the clinic
*Establish a strong therapist culture and serve as the Therapist Culture Coach
*Train all new therapists and conduct regular mentoring and development for all therapists

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

*Maintain state licensure as a massage therapist or dual licensure (massage and esthetics)
*Management, marketing or sales in a service/retail industry
*Ability to problem solve, make decisions, set expectations and goals
*Excellent trainer, motivator, problem solver and coach
*Punctual, flexible and dependable
*Ability to work independently from home and locations in the region; managing time effectively
*Exhibit superior communication skills – written and verbal poise
*Solid coaching / consulting skills, which deliver measurable results

*Experience as a sales trainer / facilitator preferred
