I will typically arrive around 7:30am and set up my desk by reviewing the previous day and creating a checklist for the current day. Cross reference the company database with the team database and make any necessary updates. Throughout the day, I will make approximately 40-50 calls to facilitate and negotiate current real estate transactions and originate new sales opportunities. If I find a lead, I evaluate the property by gathering information from owner and public records to create accurate assessment. Perform feasibility studies and market analysis to stay informed on individual territory activity as well as outside markets to help build business.
