Turnover here is out of control. People either quit because they can't stand it or they're fired as a scapegoat when management and account execs screw up or clients are dissatisfied with the overall lackluster performance.
Management is the worst. I'm not sure how this place is still in business. The owner can't figure out how to use the copy machine (and gets angry if she has to use a stapler) and the VP is just constantly irate, taking it out on interns and account assistants. I watched her make one girl cry her first week because she couldn't figure out how to embed a video into a PowerPoint presentation, and neither could the VP.
I spoke with someone at a temp agency who told me this company has made a name for itself in such a way that staffing companies won't work with them anymore. Instead they now resort to Craigslist to draw in recent college grads, eager to start their career, only to be fired within 6 months (which is when benefits kick in, conveniently.)
