Cons: new hires are from outside rather than from within
This was a fun place to work in the past. Lately, the culture has moved to the "all work and no play" mentality. Picnics and get-togethers are a thing of the past. Unless you do your job plus your boss' job, you will not be considered for a new position. There are no "Promotions" unless you are a manager or VP going up to "Senior" VP.
