Training new hires on the job We received the customers items they return and making sure to give their credits weather in good condition or bad condition.fully inspect it before returning it on stock if it needs to be sold
If you have issues with a lot of physical labor, this is not the job for you. You are constantly pushed to do more and faster. People that work there are typically friendly which makes for a good work environment. Management does recognize the hard work of the associates and provides lunch on occasion along with appreciation events.
It is a big company and there is a lot of opportunity.
Work hard and keep quiet and this job is right for you. The management and company have been around so long, that they are not very open to new ideas, even if the idea is better. Loading trucks and keeping busy is the day to day activities here.
