Management, especially executive, out of touch with the industry.
Account Manager (Former Employee) – Washington, DC – May 30, 2015
This company could be an $80 stock, but senior management is out of touch with what it takes to run a company. Typical day is 8am to whenever you finish. What I learned is that management isn't intouch with the company, nor the industry as a whole. Coworkers were generally knowledgeable about the industry, as well had wonderful customer awareness. Hardest part of the job was dealing with management who was not only out of touch with the company, but with the industry as a whole. Most enjoyable part of the job and was meeting customers, interacting with customers, and learning about the industry.
High amount of customer interaction.
