You must have prior success in an outside or inside sales role, selling higher-priced quality products to business and/or institutional end-users. You sound amazing on the phone, are quick on your feet, become energized by the conversation, and look forward to each and every dial. You have great listening and questioning skills, and have a track record of success. Experience with building products, architecture, design, customer service, inside sales, wall coverings, paint, specialty products, institutions, product demos, consultative selling, solution selling or flooring helpful but not required. No travel.
