I have recently applied for a regional director with many years experience. If hired, work moral will increase significantly and everyone and I mean everyone will be treated with the same respect and fairness. I treat other's how I want to be treated. We get the work done and I make the work day fun, fast and efficient. Customer service is a #1 priority in the hospitality industry because without our customers satisfaction and the word of mouth of those customer's bringing in new customers then we wouldn't have jobs/careers. I hope to hear back from upper mgmt on my application and get to work with this company as a regional director. Thank you Angie :-)
I think that the site management team, RD, HR, and Sr. Vice President of Operations for the Region should have monthly conference calls to ensure the entire team are on the same page as well as getting the right information. Some team members of operations keep information from each other until it's to late to fix a problem and keep the client happy with services provided to them.

To be human with the low key level employess, they are the ones who clean and do the hard work, the white collar directors are sitting down on their offices, but what about the ones the do the cleaning?

First, change it where when you come in at a certain time that is when you start working. Not waiting 2 hours to clock in and go to work!

Hire regional directors that are not racist! Poor management from regional directors on down to AEH.
