Overall, it was a great job
Stylist (Former Employee), Altoona, PAMarch 16, 2015
My time at MasterCuts was great. It was a good, clean work environment. I loved doing hair and helping customers. I would have stayed at MasterCuts had I been making more money. If their hours were different and I could have put in more hours I would have stayed forever. The only downside was working in the mall.

Great Place to learn
MANAGER (Former Employee), Los Angeles, CaFebruary 21, 2014
You get to work in a fast Pace environment and learn with each different customer. You just basically become an expertise in haircutting and styling. Not much to say about management since I was the manager for a year. But the coworkers are great. The enjoyable part of the job is to see a customer leave feeling much happier with how they look. Confidence was the key.
