Franchise Owner (Former Employee) – Riverside, CA – April 26, 2016
I learned that running a business is not easy especially this one, a lot of hours, headaches and people that do not pay you is hard to deal with. A bad economy in this type of a career will put you out of business!
Management is unfair and racist. Typical day busy with high call volume, will make excuses as to why no one else is held accountable for their actions. I liked most of my co-workers, most enjoyable part is talking to the distributors, they take advantage of their customers, I learned that corporate America wants to you to not have an opinion and just do what they tell you todo.

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Stow, OH – March 26, 2014
Answer inbound calls from distributor, initiated freight claims, placed orders and credits. Patience. Management worked well if you had any issues. I got along with my co-workers. The hardest part was the issuing of the credits and trying to find a specialty tool
They sell tools for cars, tractors, trailers, helicopters
Co-owner (Former Employee) – Laverne and Smyrna – February 5, 2014
Our work day started at 6:30 am and we had a route different customers every day, showing new tools, delivering orders and showing what could be useful for them. We conducted raffles so they got in our truck and buy was way to stimulate with raffle tickets. Sometimes we were having lunch with them. I drove the truck all the way and my husband was checking on his computer what we had for the next stop with the customer.
We enjoyed each time with our customers.
This work was for young people, because the tools are heavy.
