I get a little less than a day a month. You accrue days slowly. You are able to get a floating holiday that you can use for anything. You get paid holidays if you are full time. The benefits are fairly decent.

Technically speaking you have no real vacation days. If you don't meet your quota you do not get paid.
The number of days are satisfactory the issue is using them. When I left I had over 200 hours.
Paid time off is not separated. You get 15 PTO days, which equals 3 week and 1 floating holiday.
