old employee (Former Employee), Greenville SC – April 5, 2013
If you plan on getting hired on at one of their companys don't plan on it. They will fire you as soon as the company wants to hire you on. The managers do nothing but sit on the computer day after day playing on facebook. If you call out for any reason be prepared for the manager to say that they never received your call even if you spoke, to them. – more... Mau is a bunch of liars that are only worried about themselves. – less
Just a waste of time. They treat you like you're a number that can be easily replaced. The people working there are rude and obnoxious on a consistent basis when you call them. A constant annoyed tone in their voice like you're wasting their time. Many people who have tried working for this company have found that they either waste your time by setting – more... up an interview and then cancelling it either at the last second or when you show up for the interview. Would not recommend this company. – less
Staff Member (Current Employee), Charleston, SC – January 28, 2013
Dedicated staff committed to applicants and their customers. As an internal employee, there is a great work environment. Company has opportunities both in temporary, temporary to hire, and professional positions. If you are looking for a possible career change, I'd strongly recommend applying here.
Corporate Employee (Current Employee), Augusta, GA – January 14, 2013
Pros: great place to work and great people to work with
Cons: still working on one...
I am a recent hire at MAU and could not be happier! The work environment is great, the President of the company shows he actually cares about each employee. He has constant meetings with every level of employee from on-site trainees to VP's to ensure that he is doing the very best he can for his clients and employees. The culture of the company encourages – more... family involvement and the management really cares about employees and strives to create a friendly but most importantly, safe work environment! I will be here for a LONG time!! – less
Production Associate (Current Employee), BMW Plant Spartanburg – May 23, 2012
Go into work at BMW at 7:50pm and work until 6:40am. I learned that the company of BMW and MAU looks at their employees as nothing more than that of a number that can be replaced. Management of BMW (because even as an MAU associate you will only deal with them) was horrible. If the "Green Shirts" were actually at work they were only concerted with whatever – more... was on the computer screen at that time, talking and being buddy - buddy with their personal favorite employees, and talking on their cell phones. The hardest part of the job was getting absolutely no recognition for anything at all because you are nothing more than a temp employee. There was nothing really enjoyable about this job! – less
Production Associate (Former Employee), BMW – December 15, 2011
Pros: great benefits and compensation
Cons: lack of personal connection with their employees, to strick on policy values
Work productivity depends on where the company places the individual. Some jobs can be very and demanding with a lack of personnel time off work. The company is very strong on policy and does not give for any circumstances whether showing up late or having sick family members and definitely does not allow harassment of any kind.
