Great Pay and Hours
Welder/Fabricator (Former Employee), Augusta, GA – April 21, 2013
Pros: pay
Cons: temp agency
The work was constant and there were a lot of paid holidays. Friendly Supervisors and co workers, never needed to ask for help on any projects or work load.

Bad place to work
BMW (Former Employee), Greenville – April 5, 2013
Hours are long, the staff is unprofessional and rude at all times and you're just another number to them. Nothing but bad experiences with this company.

Production Associate-Inspector (Former Employee), Greer, SC – November 20, 2012
Pros: building designer vehicles
Cons: poor health care
Typical day involved building SUV for BMW all day. There was not any room for advancement through MAU. I enjoyed the fast paced work load; and really enjoyed inspecting the cars. Knowing that I was making and ensuring customers safety.

A good temporary company to work for.
Customer Service Representative-Collections (Current Employee), Augusta, GA – November 2, 2012
Pros: potential to work from home
Cons: breaks are short b/c they are client dictated
Management is nice, but once you are hired on, don't expect to hear much from them. I have learned that all call center jobs are the ame. Co-workers are very friendly and different. Hardest part of the job is the customers. Most enjoyable part is the co-workers.

Manual, physical labor...extremely difficult, not enough time to recover your body before your next shift started.
Production Assembly Worker (Former Employee), Greer, SC – August 5, 2012
Pros: i was employed
Cons: physically exhausting, no time for life outside of work
I enjoyed working with MAU at BMW, however the work was very hard, not what I was used to and you did not have any sort of life outside of work.

Quality Point Leader responsible for departmental compliance with maintaining world class quality in a lean manufacturing environment.
Manufacturing Technician (Former Employee), Charleston, SC – July 24, 2012
I audited operator procedures to ensure quality production of all parts. I assessed and presented figures on monthly progress of quality goals within the department. Worked closely with engineering department to increase quality, improve productivity and cut cost within process. Operated gage lab that consisted of CMM and other Zeiss, Mitutoyo, Marposs, – more... and Zygo computerized equipment. Did dimensional and visual inspections using Micrometers, Calipers and specialty gages to ensure highest quality possible. I didn't deem any part of the job as hard and the most enjoyable part was working with diverse teams of co-workers, on projects of great importance that had a huge impact on the way our company did business. – less

Working at the BMW plant was an awesome and wonderful experience.
Spot Repair (Former Employee), Spartanburg, SC – July 21, 2012
Pros: pay, bonus opportunities.
Cons: health benifits made my situation very difficult.
MAU provides an excellent experience and opportunity to work at the BMW plant. BMW employees are full of great experience of which they are happy to provide. I was unhappy with the lack of communication between MAU and their employees. I was also unhappy with the fact that your are tasked to work for BMW supervisors but they are not tasked to know your – more... (MAU) policy. Which can create issue for MAU employees. Knowing that I would still take the opportunity to work for the company again. – less
