The work was constant and there were a lot of paid holidays. Friendly Supervisors and co workers, never needed to ask for help on any projects or work load.

Worked at Faurecia for MAU as a temp.I thoroughly enjoyed working at Faurecia for the short time I was there.Learned how to use a variety of measuring tools and test equipment.Although almost all aspects of the job were new to me I eagerly jumped at the chance to learn something new It was a pleasure working with the people in my group as they were – more... all very willing to train me. – less

Hours are long, the staff is unprofessional and rude at all times and you're just another number to them. Nothing but bad experiences with this company.

Great place to work. they put in a great place to succeed. management is great. great work environment and associates and managers.

Productive and fun workplace with pleasant coworkers and a good management staff. The job is planning a shutdown.

VERY PHYSICALLY DEMANDING. EMMOTIONALLY DRAINING TOO. KINDA WISHED I WOULD HAVE GOT TO MOVE TO ANOTHER AREA OF THE PLANT BUT NO LUCK IN THAT.

10 hr shifts.friendly enviroment, hard labor for the most part , management was typical. overall it was a different enviroment than what I was use to but the people were great.

We work same schedule as the plant does. Work is 12 hour shifts at this plant. The part of the plant I work in is production oriented.

Typical day involved building SUV for BMW all day. There was not any room for advancement through MAU. I enjoyed the fast paced work load; and really enjoyed inspecting the cars. Knowing that I was making and ensuring customers safety.

Management is nice, but once you are hired on, don't expect to hear much from them. I have learned that all call center jobs are the ame. Co-workers are very friendly and different. Hardest part of the job is the customers. Most enjoyable part is the co-workers.

great pay, but lacks security. Jobs usually last between 3-6 months

My department was a place where everybody worked together which made time, and production good.

It was a hard day work 12 hour shifts. great pay. Got hired on a job fair and they put me to work the next week. Managers we good and the whole experience was fantastic

I enjoyed working with MAU at BMW, however the work was very hard, not what I was used to and you did not have any sort of life outside of work.

I didnt really like the long standing hours and the extremely low work stations.

I audited operator procedures to ensure quality production of all parts. I assessed and presented figures on monthly progress of quality goals within the department. Worked closely with engineering department to increase quality, improve productivity and cut cost within process. Operated gage lab that consisted of CMM and other Zeiss, Mitutoyo, Marposs, – more... and Zygo computerized equipment. Did dimensional and visual inspections using Micrometers, Calipers and specialty gages to ensure highest quality possible. I didn't deem any part of the job as hard and the most enjoyable part was working with diverse teams of co-workers, on projects of great importance that had a huge impact on the way our company did business. – less

MAU provides an excellent experience and opportunity to work at the BMW plant. BMW employees are full of great experience of which they are happy to provide. I was unhappy with the lack of communication between MAU and their employees. I was also unhappy with the fact that your are tasked to work for BMW supervisors but they are not tasked to know your – more... (MAU) policy. Which can create issue for MAU employees. Knowing that I would still take the opportunity to work for the company again. – less
