Corporate Field Service Technician (Former Employee) – Santa Clara, CA – October 23, 2015
Maxonic was merely my contractor. I spoke with them through emails. But they were always helpful when I had questions on how to submit my weekly pay statements. They sent us all water bottles when the contract was coming to an end. The work was for Safeway Corporate in Pleasanton. Upgraded machines from XP to Win 7 for all Safeway plant employees. Required I travel to different plants in Richmond, San Leandro, & Merced. Also ran patches to the registry & handled R.O.S.S. (Rapid On-Site Support AKA Desktop Support). Then was transferred to the corporate side where I gathered data in Excel for the technicians who did the upgrades. This was for the Corporate side at there headquarters in Pleasanton.
