Maxor National Pharmacy Services is accepting applications for an IT Service Desk Technician. This position provides first-level computer software and hardware support for Maxor’s various business operations. Primary responsibilities include: answering telephone calls and resolving incidents related to hardware and custom-developed software; providing hardware/software installation setup, assistance and support; troubleshoots and resolves computer hardware, software, and communications failures, etc. A minimum of one year of PC maintenance/repair, application software support, and knowledge of Microsoft software products required. Software and hardware certifications a plus. Knowledge of ITIL Incident Management framework and experience in retail pharmacy operations desirable. Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent technical/vocational certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
