Too many managers, too few real workers
Mid-level Manager (Former Employee), San Diego, CAMay 3, 2015
Pros: Decent salaries
Cons: Advancement based on friendships, not merit. If you do real work, critical to daily operations, you are overworked and stressed.
Company still operates in silos - very difficult to get managers and departments to share information and work together to advance the company.

Pros: free $200 with wellness
Cons: Wellness compensation
Good Place to work but its just way to far from my house and Manager need to stop harassing employee on how to run a machine. Other than that the schedule is the best.

Great company
Test Technician (Former Employee), San Diego, CANovember 23, 2013
Pros: great people and company
Cons: odd work hours
Worked in environmental department to thermal stress IC's used in space application. Management was great to work with. Co-workers were team players and great to work with. Hardest part was working long and odd hours, but wasn't often. The enjoyable part were the oportunities and the management very flexible.
