Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answering calls, greeting visitors, photocopying scanning, prepare mailings, and faxing, filing and creating new files, data entry, making travel arrangements and maintaining office inventory
Four year college degree a plus, highly organized and strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills , reliable with good work ethic, strong PC skills -- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Internet/online research, must have a car and be able to run errands
