I tear down and set up parts, make sure parts are in specifications according to blueprints. I make sure the machine checklists are done and communicate with the other shift on what is going on throughout the day. I have learned to use measuring instruments such as Calipers or Bore Gauges. Management is easy to get along with. Hardest part of the job is rework because of having to figure out where in the program to restart and how much to adjust it. The most enjoyable part of the job is rework also because it is the most challenging and I like the challenge of having to figure it out.

mandatory weekends, management may not always listen to you when you are trying to explain a problem
