Manager, Rocky Mount, NC - April 19, 2014
I am one of the fortunate ones who has a good boss inherited from the FFM buy-out. This is a very old-school company, and advancement is based on "who you know" or being part of the "good ol boys club". After 14 years I'm still struggling to get a decent salary for the excessive amount of work and responsibility placed on my shoulders. I do love my job, and I have a great boss, but there's something deflating and sad when TWICE I've had to train someone brought in as my equal making up to twice the money I make. I am a loyal employee, but this company breaks my heart all the time.
