Sales (Former Employee) – Littleton, CO – January 23, 2018
This company doesn't care about their employee, owner and management are really bad they're about money and greed. They don't pay for what you made for them, check is always short and promises but never seen the check. Don't work for this company or you will be sorry and time wasted. Plus this company will not last that long the way they run this business and doesn't care for employees.
Accounting (Former Employee) – Littleton, CO – December 30, 2017
Dealerships in general are very harsh work environments, but this one in particular was downright awful. Management here does not care about employees, everyone is expendable. Do not work here. Also, you don't get PTO days until after a full year, so don't get sick for a year, essentially.
Sales Representative (Current Employee) – Denver, CO – December 28, 2017
The business was a great place but when there is no money to be made there and you have to fight to make a deal is both worth my sanity. I want to be In Work place I’m happy so making money is coming second not stressing everyday.
Technician (Former Employee) – Littleton, CO – August 9, 2017
This company does not value technicians. Work environment is hostile and the managers do not care. They promise great income potential, but they fall miles short as most of their work is nothing but warranty and recalls. Free work is a norm there, and if you don't work 6 days a week, you get scrutinized or starved.
Auto Detailer (Former Employee) – Centennial, CO – January 14, 2017
Provided premium auto detailing to enhance or maintain both thr interior and the exterior of the vehicles. I performed high level detail with demands to the utmost care, professionalism, customer service , and results to ensure the excellent reputation of this 3rd generation family owned state wide dealership.
Working with high end vehicles
It was only a summer job and I would have like to stay full time
Service advisor (Former Employee) – Mazda,Volvo – September 23, 2016
Management is terrible. Turn over is excessive because they don't care about employees. Owner is all about the money and is greedy and unjust. Constant management changes due to quitting or being fired. Work anywhere but here or you will be sorry. Very unethical to customers and employees. No lunch breaks.
Service Manager (Former Employee) – Denver, CO – September 19, 2016
The worst company I have ever worked for, they do not care about there employees it is all about what you can do for them. There is no work life balance. There no 1 goal is profit customers and employees be damed.
Collision Estimator (Former Employee) – Littleton, CO – January 30, 2016
Great work environment with plenty of opportunities for on the job training and experience. Motivated management that is open to suggestions for improvement. The Collision Center is focused on attaining Direct Repair Programs with insurance companies which can increase volume of repairs.
tech (Former Employee) – Littleton, CO – December 22, 2015
It was good for the first few months, until I noticed that I was getting blackflagged on everything, I was hourly so that raises a few red flags. I also wasn't allowed any days off and lunch breaks which were a few more flags there. I have also noticed some shortcuts the service manager was taking, as well as making us do more work for less pay. Eventually left and have been searching since.
No breaks, no lunch, no days off, backflagged on every ticket so barely any money was made
Some great people to work with, some old school leadership
Sales Manager (Former Employee) – Littleton, CO – December 11, 2015
met a wide variety of individuals, attitudes and drive. Most individuals where motivated and eager to assist. Managers some times did not take the time to give the proper praise and direction. typical work day was 12 hours even if it were slow, working the last day of the month bell-bell is unneccessary.
