General Summary: Sales Representative will enhance the growth and development of commercial sales by selling carpet cleaning contracts. Commercial Sales Representative will be responsible for marketing, scheduling appointments, measuring and email/fax proposals to potential clients. The Sales Representative works with local business owners, contract managers, and facility managers to sell contracts for carpet cleaning. McGhee Carpet Cleaning will provide a database of potential customers, referrals and market references to assist the representative in setting appointments with qualified prospects.

Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
Ability to do necessary marketing/advertising, make cold calls, schedule appointments to do presentations to existing and prospective customers.
Ability to attend walk-thru, get measurements, and take clear notes focusing on the prospect cleaning needs.
Report to marketing director to review prospects cleaning needs.
Closing skills to ask for the contract
- Prefer 1-3 years of sales/customer service experience
- Attend seminars, conferences, & network meetings
Base Pay: Commission Only
Incentives: Sign-on Bonus $200.00
$500 Bonus per month if goals are exceeded
