Inform and educate clients regarding coverage, exclusions and exposures; Conduct on-site client meetings as necessary.
Maintain appropriate system records of service, marketing, and policy communications with clients and carriers by documenting electronic files accordingly.
Manage underwriter relationships.
Manage training and education of carrier’s constant coverage and system updates
Manage download and processes in regards to policy distribution.
Maintain policy renewal cycle through effective client communication and follow-up.
Establish and coordinate realistic renewal timeline with client and maintain client satisfaction by meeting set timelines.
Market, analyze, negotiate and prepare carrier renewals, including alternative renewal options in conjunction with producers.
Ensure required information is input into Applied -- TAM (The Agency Management System)
At least 5 years experience as a commercial insurance customer service representative.
Current CA Property and Casualty Insurance License and maintain CE credits
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and TAM (The Agency Management System), version 11.x
