Sonic is all about the brand. As a car-hop your face is the brand. You are the first face they see and the first voice they hear. So setting the tone for good customer service is very easy. A typical day at work for me is making sure I have great ticket time and providing excellent service. I learned that in the service industry everything you do there is room for improvement. My co-workers have and will always be a huge part of team work. The hardest part of the job is having regulars that you see almost everyday pass away or decided not to come to your store anymore. They are literally what makes the job worth it.
