Assistant Manager (Current Employee), Woodbridge, VA – February 25, 2013
Pros: always changing atmosphere, local and family oriented company
Cons: could be a bit updated with software to be more productive within the company.
For a job that I knew nothing about originally, I found a field that I actually grown quite fond of for the most part. It was a culture shock going from the military to paint but after a while it was rewarding in being able to communicate with different customers and actually be able to give them the correct tools needed to get their different jobs – more... completed. – less
Distribution Horizontal Process Owner (Director) (Former Employee), South Bend, IN – June 24, 2012
Cons: lean on support
A awesome company to work for. Opportunity to learn is great and challenges are available for those persons who want to be challenged.

I worked for McCormick's for years & it has changed so much. It is not the "family" company it used to be. There is not Christmas bonus anymore, no Christmas time off. The managers are extremely unprofessional. Used to be good-now they are like everyone else.

Someone told me the same thing. She love her job at McCormicks. Then on day, it changed. It became very corporate that it had been a very family oriented company. That it had changed so much she left.

Safe working and efficient machines. Overall the company is good to work for. The salaries could be more competitive however the benefits make up for it.
