I would make about 100 calls a day while trying to achieve a minimum of 6 car sale appointments,1 referral, and 25-50 contacts. I learned how to handle more customer complaints and to be more competitive due to the commission based check. The hardest part of the job would be that a lot of people are extremely rude and had to be passed to the head manager if we could not fix their problem according to script or the fact that sales can not be finalized over the phone. We had to get people in by any means necessary. The most enjoyable part was the different monthly incentives to get more money.
