Just started with the company. When your new you are put on an Extra's board. If you have log hours available they can and will call you and put you on an load no matter what you have going on or when you just got back from a load. If your on the extras board until bid time and you refuse a load because you would like to have a day off,,,,,which is – more... rare they will fire you. Drivers bid every 6 months for certain loads/routes. Biding for loads/routes is the only way to maintain a consistent schedule and if you get hired after they bid you will be on the extras board until they re bid after 6 months. – less

WE WOULD START BY DOING JUMPING JACKS STRECTHING ITS IMPORTANT TO GET YOUR REST AT NIGHT,MANAGEMENT HAD YOU DO YOUR JOB,WE WERE JUST LIKE FAMILY SOME TIMES MACHINE WOULD BREAK HAD TO FIND SOMTHING ELSE TO DOTO KEEP BUSY. I REALLY ENJOYED THE OUTING

Bad management good place to work its just if u have an emergency or late they show no sympathy.

I think they had really poor management the reason being is that they really didnt know what to do when they need to get the jobs done and they would just bring down the team moral by just over working everybody and really just babying the second shift guy why us first shift guys would get slaughter ..

McLance was a great company to work for, as far as compensation. However, it would be even greater if all management was replaced at the Battleboro location. They only care about numbers.

expect people to put them over family. Long days and no Thanks for what you do. Day starts at 0600 and ends after 1700. More complaining than work getting done

Tight scheduling, employees work hard, management will end any loose ends or unproductive throughput for successful building flow. Friendly and helpful team mates!!!

Tive um grande crescimento profissional, com grandes responsabilidades e me saia muito bem em todas as atvidades q me delegavam. Tive uma otima gerência, onde podiamos sempre – more... contar quando tinhamos algum problema. A parte mais dificil do trabalho é quando estamos aprendendo, mas depois que aprendemos tudo fica bem mais fácil e produtivo. Uma empresa que não tem plano de carreira, nos demais quesitos não tenho do que reclamar. Pois é uma empresa acessível tanto na sua gerencia enquanto a equipe de funcionários.
