For your first year as a truck driver is ok but as soon as your done with your first year advise to look at other companies. They sometimes make you feel like a number instead of a individual. As far as dispatchers they are good people trying to help you figure out what is your next order going to be. This job requires lots of patience but at the same time you get to travel and see the country like you never seen it before.

Accounting Manager (Former Employee) – Alexandria, VA – June 9, 2016
MCT was a small company in staff but we worked on big deals. They sold the company and shut down the doors. I'm grateful for the three years working there and the wonderful management team. If they were still in business I would still be there.

Multi-Care Technician (Former Employee) – Opelika, AL – August 16, 2014
I would come in after going to school and either follow another MCT around and assist with daily tasks or was assigned up to 8 rooms at a time with patients to take care of. I would do things like stocking the rooms, taking vitals, helping with hygiene (bathing, cleaning, brushing teeth), when meals would come around I would help feed patients, i would also assist with physical therapy, and take calls at the nurse station. I leaned how to work well under pressure and how to work with others. The management was great, very sweet, and knowledgeable. My co-workers were serious about their job and would do whatever they could to assist me and train me. The hardest part of the job was dealing with death of patents. The most enjoyable part was the sense of help I was providing the patients.
Gratitude, worked well with school, and good ways to advance in company.
