Only Problem that really became an issue was the pay. On many occasions the checks were late or short of earrings.

Constantly moving which made the workday go by quickly. Learned to assemble gondolas for merchandise. Management was pleasant to work with and was very clear and precise. Co-workers were pleasant to work with. Hardest part of job was when I needed to lift and carry heavy gondola parts to assemble.

I always knew i would have work! The staff was very friendly. The company would look out for you.

Temp work day to day. If you was there on time you when to work most of the time . On the other hand some time you would just have any work at all. Good days & Bad days.....

MDT Personnel was a good company to work for, they encouraged and allowed their employees to travel to help out in disaster situations and big recruitments.

Offices in California more specifically Orange County Tustin and Lincoln . this place is horrible to work for. I applied in September in the year of 2012 , when I applied that day I walked in the door with work leads for MDT. after a few days of not hearing back from MDT offices I decided to contact the work leads I gave them. Those work leads told – more... me that MDT rates are way too expensive, after hearing this information I decided to call MDT about it,they gave me a runaround about how things are slow and they are "working on it". Nevertheless after more waiting MDT send me on my first project for a pay rate of 9 per hour.Now iv been in the trade for more than 10 years and I have never been paid 9 dollars an hour, my skill level include framing plumbing Electrical and various other skills so as a favor I accepted the job and the rate with promises of better compensation and better jobs. But those jobs never came about. in addition to every time I talk to the person who schedules personnel I get threatened to accept the jobs or not be called again I personally feel that this is not right. So to sum everything up don't hire from MDT and don't work for MDT – less

Some of the shops have a great work ethic but some dont try n get u out to get u out. Just the people they like and know. But thats just how i feel. But i do have great hopes for to shops ive been in and thats the 1 in Kissimmee and Hudson Fl

This company is a staffing service. They do not give work very often. When they do it is good.

Dispatch at 5:am for about 2hrs.Check e-mails,call customers,hit job sites,lots of paper work.
How to deal with people who are not happy with a worker.Put out the fire.
Great guys and gals.
The hours;at times 60 hrs.a week.Getting calls at 2:am.
Doing BBQ'S for 3 to 500 workers.

a typical day at work was good management was decent but the hardest part about this job was working the long hours with a short break and the pay sucks you work to hard for so little pay

I like that there was diferrent scenarios of work. It wasnt the same thing every day so it made it interesting to go to work.

I really enjoyed working for this company. Though there was no set schedule, the staff was very respectful and the pay was also.

My typical day was rewarding and contantly busy. Co workers very friendly and helpful. The most enjoyable was the responsiblity that I had in my position. The hardest part of my job was getting the sales people to send in the expense reports on time so that I was able to close at months end on schedule.
