Every dept. operates with different management styles, each has different strategic goals, some appreciate staff more than others. Some lead by fear and some lead by example. Some staff are obviously working for the good of the community and some simply take advantage of the flexibility that might be offered. Some management staff appreciate dedicated employees. Enterprise communication is provided but some depts. do not communicate within the dept. to assure everyone works with the same goal in mind. There is a lack of advancement/promotion unless there is an opening within the County.
