Customer Service based, cash payment collections and posting, balance cash drawer daily, bank deposits, data entry of charges, adjustments, write-offs. Processed work notes for servicemen, handled all incoming calls, resolved any issues, concerns, helped members concerning questions about electric bill, assisted in completing applications and set up security deposit payment plans, both residential and commercial accounts. I learned that consumers will always remember the service you provide. I had wonderful Senior Management that lead by example, I had a variety of co-workers, about 90 % wonderful. The hardest part of the job was exhausting all tools in helping someone. Most enjoyable when a customer is pleased and always ask for your assistance when they return or call.
