A typical day includes cold calling, calling current customers for renewal, customer service issues. Must make 80 dials a day, 2.5 hours of talk time. Call center environment.

Management is not great. Most have not done phone sales themselves and aren't helpful in coaching situations.
Co-workers are fine but with the extremely high rate of turn-over, you won't know them for long.
Hardest part for me was making the required amount of dials per day and living off of the base pay - $8 dollars per hour.
