Customer Service Agent (Current Employee) – Moline, IL – July 25, 2017
Rules change depending on which member of management you are speaking with. Team leads pick favorites and will work to drive you out if they don't like you. Very stressful being a call center. If you do not meet your sales goal you will be terminated. They have mandatory overtime.
Installer Technician (Former Employee) – Dagsboro, DE – July 18, 2017
You will be forced into on call, you will also be forced to do work you are not trained to do. If you show that you are intelligent you will bare the brunt of work while the slackers get easy days. Promotions are for managers favorites. And you will also have to lie to customers about service issues.

Customer Service and Sales Representive (Former Employee) – Arizona – June 25, 2017
Good company to work for, plenty of advancements within company. Have courses you can take to earn extra pay but only 50 cents limit per year. Family feel with the company, they care about you and your family. Enjoyed meeting customers and enjoyed coworkers.
Internet Tech Rep (Former Employee) – Gulf Breeze, FL – June 24, 2017
Coworkers were fun but managers could be distant or no where to be found when you needed help. But had a in store shop for food and drinks, breaks were hard to come by. In most though the customers always being put on hold and calling in for the same problems made the company lack luster and ashamed to work for.
A place to work, but stressful due to office politics.
Telephone activation specialist (Former Employee) – Chillicothe, IL – June 13, 2017
I worked at the Chillicothe office for 10 years, I started in Tech Support, and went to the Telephone Activation Center. The first 4-5 years was fine, but then our department was tasked with completing 3-4 other department's workload. Morale was always low, and the management team never really did much to try and boost morale. I had to quit, because I needed to go part-time so I could continue with school.
Direct Sales Representative (Former Employee) – Albany, GA 31721 – May 26, 2017
This is an "ok" company to work for. Extremely hard to sell cable because they do not buy out contracts and they are way more expensive than competition. If you hit quota good money, if you don't you almost make 8 dollars an hour. It's a break or bust job.
Great money if you hit quota. Flexibility
Cable is too expensive, vs. competition like Sling Tv
